Written and Directed by the award winning Gareth Edwards, The Creator tells a story of a war between AI and the human race, where the only route to victory is a secret weapon. However, that secret weapon and key to unfolding the war is a child called Aphie.

The Creator offered a unique challenge for the Atomic team where the task was to bring Alphie to life. The prep team was hard at work, completely removing the head of the actor in some of the shots Filled with complex matchmove to track the motions of Alphie, lighting and rendering the metallic rig to seamlessly blend into an ever changing environment and animate the interior rings to match her emotions.
