Into the Woods is a 2014 American musical fantasy film it features an ensemble cast that includes Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine, Tracey Ullman, Christine Baranski, Lilla Crawford, Daniel Huttlestone, MacKenzie Mauzy, Billy Magnussen, and Johnny Depp. Inspired by the Grimm Brothers’ fairy tales the film is a fantasy genre centred on a childless couple, who set out to end a curse placed on them by a vengeful witch. Ultimately, the characters are forced to rectify the consequences of their actions.

There were lots of cameramen to paint out in this sequence and the roto prep and tracking work although invisible now, were trickier than you would imagine or even notice were VFX shots.
Atomic cleaned up and painted out inconsistencies to the already beautiful backplates for this scene. Wire removals as Meryl climbs Rapunzels tower were also needed for this Hollywood classic.
